Wade L. Jackson, a shareholder with Sutin, Thayer & Browne, has been accepted as a member of the New Mexico chapter of NAIOP, the North American Commercial Real Estate Development Association. Jackson is practice group lead of the firm’s commercial group. He practices primarily in the areas of real estate, business, tax, corporate, economic development, public finance and tax incentives, and state and local government law. Before joining Sutin, Wade served for five years as General Counsel and Legislative Coordinator for the New Mexico Economic Development Department.
