The firm is pleased to announce that shareholders Eduardo A. Duffy and Charles J. Piechota recently were elected to serve on the firm’s Board of Directors. Their duties include participation in matters of policy, objectives, compensation, finance, leadership and Firm performance.
Mr. Duffy has practiced law at the firm since 2011, with a previous stint from 2000-2003, and has been a firm shareholder since 2014. He belongs to the firm’s commercial group, practicing primarily in corporate and securities law, business transactions and public finance. He earned his J.D. at the University of New Mexico School of Law and his B.A. at the University of New Mexico.
Mr. Piechota has practiced law at the firm since 2007 and has been a firm shareholder since 2014. He belongs to the firm’s commercial group, practicing primarily in mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and probate, state and federal taxation, intellectual property and liquor licensing. He earned his J.D. from the University of Colorado School of Law and his B.S. in microbiology as an honors scholar at Colorado State University.
