ALEX G. ELBORN is an associate attorney in the firm’s litigation group. His practice centers primarily on commercial litigation, employment law, and probate matters.
Prior to joining Sutin, Alex worked for two years in the Law Offices of the Public Defender of the 12th Judicial District. There he managed a caseload of more than 100 matters, working to determine the best case outcomes for his clients. He conducted trials as first-chair counsel.
During his tenure as a law student, Alex served in the Community Lawyering Clinical Law Program, representing clients in Juvenile Delinquency actions, including court appearances. He managed case strategy and plea negotiations. He also worked as a summer extern for the Law Offices of the Public Defender while in law school.
Alex writes in and speaks Spanish.
