Paige E. Duhamel is a member of Sutin’s commercial division, where she practices in Government Entity Law, Labor Law, Employment Law, and Hospital and Healthcare Law.

Paige received her Bachelor of Art’s from Wellesley College in 2003, double majoring in English and Women’s Studies. She then went on to the University of New Mexico School of Law, where she received her J.D in 2010, graduating cum laude.

Paige Duhamel is a seasoned attorney specializing in health law, policy, and regulatory compliance. She has served as an Attorney Advisor at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, where she provided legal counsel on healthcare regulations and policy initiatives.

Previously, she was the Health Care Policy Manager at the New Mexico Office of the Superintendent of Insurance, where she oversaw healthcare reform implementation, regulatory compliance, and legislative initiatives. Paige also has experience in civil rights, employment law, and advocacy, having worked with the Southwest Women’s Law Center, where she was a significant part of the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. She also worked for Morrissey Lewis, LLC, and the ACLU of New Mexico.

Paige has been a vegetarian for 30 years and enjoys cooking hearty vegetarian meals in her free time.
