Of the four categories for lawyers in this year’s Albuquerque Journal Readers’ Choice Awards, two listings were topped by Sutin lawyers. For the third year in a row, Charles J. Piechota was voted the #1 Corporate Attorney. Chuck is a current member of the Sutin Board of Directors, as is his fellow Readers’ Choice awardee, Maria Montoya Chavez.
Maria was chosen by Journal readers as the #1 Divorce Attorney for 2020. Earlier this year, Maria was named Albuquerque Lawyer of the Year in Family Law as well as Albuquerque Lawyer of the Year in Family Law Mediation by Best Lawyers in America.
