February 26, 2020

The Albuquerque High School Mock Trial Green and White teams competed in this year’s Gene Franchini High School Mock Trial Competition, with the AHS Green team becoming one of only eight teams out of more than 30 that competed in the qualifier rounds to qualify for the state competition. One of the team members, Elisabeth Christensen-Brown was awarded the Outstanding Attorney Award for her performance in the qualifier rounds. The teams are sponsored by Sutin, Thayer & Browne.

The teams are coached by Robert J. Johnston, Esq., a lawyer with Sutin, Thayer & Browne, and Jazmine Johnston, Esq., a lawyer with the Atler Law Firm. State Finals are slated for March 13 and 14 in Albuquerque.
