Welcome to Five New Lawyers

We are pleased to welcome five new lawyers to our Albuquerque office.

Andrew J. Baranowski practices in the firm’s commercial group, primarily in banking and financial services, corporate law and real estate law. His background is in law, business administration and entrepreneurship. He earned his J.D. in 2013 at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law.

Katharine C. Downey practices in the firm’s litigation group, primarily in commercial litigation, creditors’ rights and employment law. Her background is in law and public interest topics. She earned her J.D. in 2013 at the University of Colorado Law School.

Breanna P. Houghton practices in the firm’s litigation group, primarily in commercial litigation, creditors’ rights and employment law. Her background is in law, finance, public policy and immigration. She earned her J.D. in 2013 at the University of Notre Dame Law School.

Christina M. Looney practices in the firm’s litigation group, primarily in commercial litigation and in family law. Her background is in law and business administration. She earned her J.D. in 2013 at the University of New Mexico School of Law.

John I. Pray III practices in the firm’s commercial group, primarily in banking and finance, business law, taxes and real estate. His background is in law, business, social science and the environment. He earned his J.D. in 2013 at the University of Michigan Law School.
