Eight New Shareholders Elected

The firm is pleased to announce the election of eight new shareholders in 2014.

  • Timothy J. Atler of Albuquerque practices in commercial litigation, shareholder litigation, tort law and appellate law. He has been with the firm since 2008.
  • Eduardo A. Duffy of Albuquerque practices in corporate and securities laws, business transactions and public finance. He was with the firm from 2000 to 2003 and most recently since 2011.
  • Tracy L. Hofmann of Santa Fe practices in public finance, water law, intellectual property and corporate law.  She has been with the firm since 2011.
  • Lynn E. Mostoller of Albuquerque practices in commercial litigation, employment law, administrative law and appeals. She has been with the firm since 2010.
  • Charles J. Piechota of Albuquerque practices in mergers and acquisitions, estate planning and probate, state and federal taxation, intellectual property and liquor licensing.  He has been with the firm since 2007.
  • Justin R. Sawyer of Albuquerque practices in commercial litigation, creditors’ rights, real estate litigation, bankruptcy and Indian law. He has been with the firm since 2010.
  • Mariposa Padilla Sivage of Albuquerque represents clients in a variety of civil and commercial litigation, especially with governmental entities and public employees.  She has been with the firm since 2010.
  • Travis R. Steele of Albuquerque practices in commercial litigation, Indian gaming, oil and gas, and real estate litigation. He has been with the firm since 2006.
