Lynn E. Mostoller practices primarily in the areas of commercial litigation, employment law and appeals. She has experience with shareholder and partner disputes, federal and state appeals, and both plaintiffs’ and defense work in the employment law arena. Ms. Mostoller graduated from the University of New Mexico School of Law with the highest cumulative grade point average on record at that time. In 2004, she clerked for Judge Harris Hartz at the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.
